Leichtathletik Allgemein | Functional Training
Dieses Training richtet sich an Hobby-Läufer:innen, die zusätzlich zum Lauftraining ihre Kraft, Koordination, Beweglichkeit und neuronale Fitness verbessern wollen.
Das Functional Training ist eine ganzheitliche Trainingsmethode, mit der neben ganzen Muskelketten auch die Koordination, Beweglichkeit und Kraftausdauer trainiert wird. Sie beinhaltet Elemente aus dem Core-, Faszien- und Bodyweight-Training. Kombiniert wird das Training mit Koordinationsübungen aus dem Lauf-ABC, um den Laufstil zu verbessern und Sportverletzungen vorzubeugen. Somit ist Functional Training die ideale Ergänzung zu deinen wöchentlichen Laufeinheiten.
Das Training gliedert sich in die Teile

Hinweis: Das Training ist speziell auf Läufer:innen ausgelegt und nur in Kombination mit mindestens 1-2 weiteren Laufeinheiten pro Woche sinnvoll.
Der Fortgeschrittenen Kurs richtet sich an alle, die bereits in den vergangenen Semestern Erfahrung mit dem Functional Training gesammelt haben. Das Passwort kann per Mail (tim.althuon@kit.edu) erfragt werden.

This training is aimed at hobby runners who want to improve their strength, coordination, flexibility and neuronal fitness in addition to their running training.
Functional training is a holistic training method that trains coordination, flexibility and strength endurance in addition to entire muscle chains. It includes elements from core, fascia and bodyweight training. The training is combined with coordination exercises from running ABC to improve running style and prevent sports injuries. Functional training is therefore the ideal complement to your weekly running sessions.
The training is divided into the following parts

Note: The training is specifically designed for runners and only makes sense in combination with at least 1-2 additional running units per week.
The advanced course is aimed at everyone who has already gained experience with functional training in previous semesters. The password can be requested by email (tim.althuon@kit.edu).
