Herzlich willkommen zum Hochschulsportkurs "Lindy Hop für Anfänger:innen"! In diesem Kurs lernt ihr die Grundlagen des beliebten Swing-Tanzstils. Lindy Hop ist ein energiegeladener und mitreißender Tanz, der in den 1920er Jahren in Harlem, New York, entstanden ist und seitdem eine große Fangemeinde auf der ganzen Welt gefunden hat. Wir werden euch die grundlegenden Schritte, Techniken und Prinzipien von Lindy Hop vermitteln. Wir starten mit einfachen Schritten und Kombinationen, von dort aus werden wir euch Schritt für Schritt in die Welt des Lindy Hops einführen. Egal, ob ihr schon einmal getanzt habt oder nicht, dieser Kurs ist für alle geeignet.

Welcome to the university sports course "Lindy Hop for beginners"! In this course you will learn the basics of the popular swing dance style. Lindy Hop is an energetic and rousing dance that originated in Harlem, New York in the 1920s and has since gained a large following around the world. We will teach you the basic steps, techniques and principles of Lindy Hop. We will start with simple steps and combinations, from there we will take you step by step into the world of Lindy Hop. Whether you have danced before or not, this class is for everyone. During the class, roles and partners will be exchanged, so you don't have to sign up as a couple.
